Production Time - We offer the fastest turn-around in the industry for custom buttons. Orders of 10,000 or less are guaranteed to be delivered 7 days after your order is finalized.  An order is considered finalized when you have made payment and you have approved the digital proof sent to you by our graphics team unless you have waived your right to a proof. If you are providing your own artwork, and you are on a tight deadline, you may want to request NO PROOF. This will save you the $10 proofing charge and time, but only do this if you are confident in your artwork layout and quality.  If you are using our graphics team to design your buttons please allow a minimum of one extra day for production.

Guaranteed Delivery Date - We guarantee that your order will ship on time to meet your specified delivery date. If your order arrives late and it is our fault you can return your order for a full refund or you can keep your buttons and we will refund the shipping charges you paid. If your order is late and it is the fault of UPS or FedEx we will refund your shipping charges.


100% Money Back Guarantee - If our quality of workmanship does not leave you 100% satisfied you can return your buttons for a full refund. We do not, however, offer refunds or accept returns for color discrepancies unless you have paid for a PMS color match. Buttons may not be returned without first obtaining a return authorization code from our customer service department. ALL buttons must be returned within 10 days of receipt of order and shipped back to us via UPS. We will process your refund within 5 business days after we receive your return.


Discounts & Coupons - Occasionally we offer discounts & coupons. Customers are limited to use one discount per order and we only allow one coupon per customer. All discounts and coupons instantly expire when they are no longer published on our website. To receive discount customer must mention the coupon code or discount code when finalizing their order and coupon or discount code must be current and not expired.


Artwork Charges - If you would like our graphics team to design a button for you there will be an art charge ($15 for text only and $25 for a full design with logos and images). This fee must be paid up front, but does not commit you to your full order. Only when you have approved artwork will your order go to production. Once you have paid the art charge you will be emailed a digital proof within 24 - 48 hours depending on the priority of your order. If you do not get one - please call us right away. Sometimes spam filters get in the way. The $25 art charge includes your initial proof and two modifications. Each additional modification will be $10.


If you pick a button from our Design Catalog and you want to customize fonts, message or colors, there is no art charge and the design is FREE.


If you send artwork to us and you would like a proof prior to production or if you submit a Publisher or Word document file there is a $10 proofing fee and we will not go to production without your approval of the proof. If you send artwork that needs to be re-sized, a bleed area added, colors changed, guide circles removed or any other modifications there will be a $15 art charge added to your order and you will need to approve a proof. Please go to our Helpful Instructions to learn how to submit your artwork and avoid these charges.


If you have a specific color you want, we recommend that you pay for a PMS match. There is a $20 charge per color for this service. A PMS match will get you closer to your intended color, but we cannot guarantee a perfect match because we print in CMYK on a digital offset press. The mylars used in button manufacturing can also alter the color slightly. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for color discrepancies unless you have paid for a PMS color match.


Hard Copy Proof - If you would like an actual button proof made and shipped to you we would be happy to do so. There is a $25 charge for this service plus artwork charges if you use our graphics department.


Order Cancellation or Change - If you would like to cancel or change your order prior to shipping you will be charged an order cancellation/change fee equal to 50% of your initial total order. No order can be cancelled or changed after it has been shipped.


Over-run and Under-run Policy - We individually inspect and count each button made. You will always get the exact number of custom buttons you order, so be sure to order the quantity you need. We do not think companies that have under-run policies of 2-10% are fair to their customers.


Trademarks and Copyright - All logos and button designs submitted or approved by customer must be in compliance with all trademark, copyright, patent, and related laws and acts and are the responsibility of the purchaser. AffordableButtons.com will assume no liability in any trademark or copyright infringement disputes that may arise from the production of your buttons.


Quotes - Only emailed written quotes will be honored, so always request a written quote to be emailed to you. All written quotes expire after ten days.


Forms of Payment - We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover card as well as PayPal. We do accept PO's from schools, government agencies, hospitals, and few others if pre-approved by our finance department.
